Joe decided it was time for a new hairdo, and so this is what he came up with. All I have to say is nasty! The facial expression doesn't help either. Ok so he didn't really keep it like this, but thought it would be fun to do and take pictures. He decided to go back to the bald head. He insists that hair is just too much work. I wish I could resort to the same thing.
